Eurotext Translations, a leading provider of professional translation and linguistic services to multinational organisations, today announced the results of its 09Q1 Customer Satisfaction Survey which sees Eurotext scoring an impressive rating of 99% for customer satisfaction.
Quality, service, delivery, responsiveness and flexibility all scored highly in the response. The survey was conducted as part of Eurotext’s commitment to delivering the very highest standards to clients and to ISO 9001:2008 and EN 15038:2006 quality standards. The survey was conducted across the entire client base and included both existing and newly acquired 2009 clients. The results demonstrated a very high level of customer satisfaction across the board.
