2011 – ISO 9001 & EN15038 Certification Renewal
Eurotext is delighted to announce that it has successfully renewed its certification for the two international quality standards: ISO 9001:2008, as well as EN 15038:2006, the only quality standard designed specifically for the translation services industry. Annual NSAI surveillance audits were conducted across the organisation in February 2011, and we are very pleased to be entering our third year with full ISO 9001 and EN 15038 certification.
ISO 9001:2008 specifies the requirements for a quality management system where an organisation must demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Its objective is to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, including continuous improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
EN 15038:2006 Created by the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN), EN 15038:2006 is the only quality standard designed specifically for the translation services industry. It specifies best practices and requirements for translation and localisation processes, the qualification of language professionals and the contractual framework with the customer.
2010 - Surveillance Audits, Customer Satisfaction Surveys and New Premises

After 15 years operating from premises in Pearse Street, Dublin, 2010 sees Eurotext opening the New Year from brand new offices in Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin.
In keeping with this fresh start to the new decade, Eurotext is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed annual NSAI surveillance audits conducted across the organisation in late December 2009 for the two international quality standards, ISO 9001:2008 and EN 15038:2006 – the only quality standard designed specifically for the translation services industry.
Eurotext also recorded strong results from its six-monthly 09/10 Customer satisfaction survey with an overall rating of 98% for Customer satisfaction and an 8% point increase in the “Very Satisfied” category compared with the Quarter 1 09/10 survey.
