Eurotext’s quality management system (QMS) covers the full range of our activities, from customer relationship management and project requirements specification through to vendor management and linguistic asset maintenance. And as the system is certified to both ISO 9001:2008 and EN 15038:2006, our customers have the reassurance of knowing that our processes meet recognised international standards.

Eurotext’s QMS is managed by a dedicated quality manager and administered using a state-of-the-art quality management software application for an efficient, streamlined approach to quality management.

Quality Policy

The aim of Eurotext Translations is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing customers with translation, localisation and other language services which consistently satisfy or exceed customers’ agreed requirements.

In order to achieve these aims, Eurotext has elected to implement a controlled Quality Management System complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
All members of staff have easy access to all elements of the Quality Management System and are trained and supported in their use of the QMS.
