BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Description of Position
Eurotext Translations is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive sales activity in the European and US markets.
Eurotext Translations is a full-service translation company in business for the past 12 years. Our portfolio of clients includes leading global multinationals in information technology, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and financial sectors. We offer a full range of translation, localisation, multilingual desktop publishing and engineering skills to our clients, who are served by highly skilled project management, account management and translation teams.
Eurotext Translations is a Dublin-based company with offices on the east coast of the US and representation on the west coast.

Purpose
To work in conjunction with the Sales Director in driving the sales function into our target market sectors – nationally and internationally. The role will be based in Dublin but will involve travel.
Reporting to
Sales Director
Responsibilities
• This role will include an element of account management; however, major emphasis will be placed on new client development
• Achieving sales targets
• Margin and P&L responsibility
• Close collaboration with our account managers
• Client relationship building
• Networking
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in software localisation / translation / similar environment delivering €1 million+ sales revenues
• Excellent people and networking skills
• Strong customer care skills
• Excellent communicator
Very strong organisation and planning skills
